» Role Description

B2B Travel Partner is expanding its international network of tourism representation services. We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships  Global Accounts Executive to lead key client relationships, drive account growth, and develop long-term alliances with major tourism brands worldwide.

This is a senior-level role designed for professionals with a proven ability to work directly with tourism boards, DMCs, hotel chains, cruise lines, transportation companies, and other global tourism leaders.

You will collaborate closely with the Director of Expansion (founder) to gradually assume responsibility for the company’s most strategic accounts. Your main mission will be to manage, expand and renew international partnerships while ensuring that all services delivered by local teams align with each client’s goals and expectations.

» Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand global accounts through long-term relationship building and commercial strategy.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, drive renewals, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate representation agreements and define commercial terms with tourism stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal delivery teams and regional reps in LATAM and Europe.
  • Monitor performance metrics, report outcomes, and adjust strategies per client.
  • Collaborate directly with company leadership to design growth plans by vertical and market.

» Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in tourism or hospitality partnerships or B2B key account management.
  • Proven ability to manage global accounts and build C-level relationships.
  • Fluent native English speaker (mandatory); Spanish or Portuguese is a strong asset.
  • Solid understanding of the international tourism and destination marketing landscape.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements with measurable impact.
  • Strong organizational and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Availability to collaborate directly with company leadership during onboarding phase.
