» Role Description
B2B Travel Partner is an international representation company that helps tourism brands expand in Latin America through strategic sales actions, trade shows, agency visits, and local marketing campaigns.
We are looking for a high-performing B2B Travel Sales Executive USA with a strong background in tourism sales and a solid network of decision-makers across the industry.
Your mission is to identify and engage U.S.-based tourism providers — including destination marketing organizations, DMCs, attractions, activities, hotel groups, cruise lines, airlines, transportation companies, and tourism brands — interested in expanding into the LATAM market.
You will lead virtual presentations and commercial demos, present tailored service proposals, and coordinate client handoff to the LATAM representation team.
This role is ideal for professionals with deep industry relationships and strong consultative sales skills
» Key Requirements
- Proven success in B2B tourism sales (destinations, DMCs, hotels, attractions, cruises, transportation).
- Strong network of decision-makers in the U.S. tourism industry.
- Experience leading virtual presentations and commercial proposals.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and meet conversion goals.
- Strong digital skills (Google Docs, Slides, Sheets; and Google Meet).
- Executive presence and confidence in engaging with C-level profiles.
- Availability for occasional in-person meetings or industry events.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus (not required).
